I believe my seller's deserve to know the true market value of their home, although it may not always be what they had hoped for; however, I give every effort to get my clients the number they want while still getting their home sold as quickly as possible. I feel that with my membership in the GSMLS, NJMLS and MOMLS, I can offer my clients my services throughout the State without them having to call another agent. If they are leaving the State, they are comfortable knowing that I can refer them to a reliable Coldwell Banker Agent in the area they are moving to. With 28 years of experience in the construction field, waterproofing business and modular home sales, as well as 9 years in real estate, I know my well-rounded expertise is a great asset to my clients. I can help clients buying a "fixer-upper" envision what the home can look like with a renovation, addition or just a little "fine-tuning". I often help clients with construction questions, wet basement concerns or even those looking to buy a knock down to put up a new home.
